The development area is located in the intensively developing southern industrial area of Kecskemét.

5km from the M5 motorway. The area is bordered from the northwest by the main road No. 54, which is built for increased traffic.
It is bordered on the western side by the recently constructed Barényi Béla Road (for industrial area traffic) and on the eastern side by Daimler Road .
Current companies operating in the Southern Industrial Area: Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Hungary Kft., DUVENBECK IMMO Kft., SMR Automotive Mirror Technology Bt., Kühne+ Nagel Kft., Brose Hungary Automotive Kft., HBPO Manufacturing Hungary Kft., Tenneco Hungary Kft.
In addition to these, companies operating as a result of projects implemented in the KEPI area: ZF Chassis Modules Hungary Kft. and Schedl Hungária Kft.
OUR AREAS FOR DEVELOPMENT
We are waiting for applications from companies wishing to settle in Kecskemét for the additional 50 hectares of immediately developable land in our park.

The internal road network and public utilities of the area have been completed. All municipal utility networks have been built.
